At the referee's signal,some teams took tiny steps, fearing the balloon would pop;

some moved with steady paces, boasting perfect coordination;

while in others, the balloon dropped unexpectedly, triggering bursts of laughter around the venue.

Along the track, cheers and shouts of encouragement echoed non-stop.

Every face was lit up with brilliant smiles.

The rigor and dedication shown in daily worktransformed into ease and vitality in this moment!

Pull through hard times together

When the referee blew the whistle,

some teams scurried along with tiny steps, 

desperate to keep their balloons intact;

some moved smoothly in perfect sync;and for others, 

the balloon fell by accident, 

sending waves of laughter through the crowd.

Cheers and whoops filled the air beside the track,

with everyone wearing big, bright grins.

The highlight of our team building event

was the heart-pounding tug-of-war!

Players on both sides held the rope tight,

leaned back and pulled with every ounce of strength.

The red marker in the middle of the rope swayed between the teams,

and every shift had everyone on the edge of their seats.

The deafening chants of "Go! Go!" filled the air.

Whether it was the competitors or the crowd,

we were all completely absorbed in the electrifying energy.

After an intense battle,

when the victory cheers erupted,

every single one of us celebrated this joy and honor together!
