GT Photonics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GT) is a high-tech photonic chip provider company founded by a team of experts. Each founding member has more than 20 years of international business and industrial R&D experiences in optoelectronic devices based on Ⅲ-V semiconductor and silicon photonics.

Stressing our enterprising,realistic, rigorous, and professional working philosophy, GT focuses on providing various high-end optoelectronic devices to broad spectrum of customers from research development to consumer products required large volume production. Our main products include Ⅲ-V compound semiconductor detectors, silicon photonic integrated chips and silicon photonic integrated devices with active functionalities.

GT was founded in 2016, with a total investment of hundreds of millions of yuan. Our headquarter is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, and we have an R&D center in Los Angeles, USA, and a manufacturing faciity in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province.

Our team consists of several Ph.D.and professor-level experts, with post college educated personnel accounting for more than 80% of the workforce and we have a number of world-leading patents and technologies.

GT's products are widely used in optical fiber communication,data centers, laser ranging, LiDAR, autonomous driving, and the emerging Al industry.
